# Data Intuitive

> Data Intuitive is a Belgian bioinformatics company that builds and operates reproducible, production-grade data workflows for biotech, pharma, medtech and diagnostics. We turn exploratory R&D code into validated, containerised, versioned pipelines that run identically on a laptop, an HPC cluster or the cloud. Founded 2015. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

Core technologies we build and maintain: **Viash** (turns scripts into containerised, tested, versioned workflow components), **Viash Hub** (catalogue and platform for publishing and reusing those components), **OpenPipeline** (modular single-cell and multi-omics pipelines), and **anndataR** (AnnData for R). We work primarily with Nextflow, containers, Kubernetes and cloud or on-premise infrastructure.

Typical engagements: custom pipeline development, single-cell and spatial omics analysis, multi-omics integration, high-throughput sequence processing, benchmarking, and infrastructure setup and support.
