What you get

Four answers you can act on

Time

Shorter time to result

Where time is lost between experiment and answer, and how to win it back.

AI-ready

Ready for AI

Versioned, containerised, reproducible workflows and metadata complete enough for AI to use.

Risk

Less rests on one person

Where the work depends on a single expert, and how to share it before that becomes a risk.

Plan

A plan you can fund

Five scores, a twelve-month target and three quick wins for a budget or platform decision.

Scope

Five areas we score on efficiency

Each area scored 1 to 5 with a structured interview guide.

1

Data integration

How easily can your data be found, combined and reused across studies?

2

Omics analysis

How much expert time goes to plumbing instead of science?

3

Compute power

Does your compute infrastructure fit the size of the job, or does it slow the analysis down?

4

Result interpretation

How quickly does a result turn into a decision your team can defend and act on?

5

Process flow

Where does work wait? Do metadata, sample sheets or raw data get lost at a CRO?

How it works

Ten working days, from yes to readout

Days 1 to 5

Two interviews

One hour each, remote: a lab scientist and whoever runs your analysis. We also cover handovers with your CRO.

Day 8

The report

Five scores, the three biggest risks, three quick wins and a twelve-month target per area.

Day 10

The readout

A 30-minute call with you and your team on the scores, the priorities and the path forward.

For your bioinformatician: an hour with peers who build analysis workflows for top-five pharma organisations, and a report that puts numbers behind what your analysis needs.

This is not a regulatory or compliance audit. We do not assess conformity with GxP, ISO or 21 CFR Part 11 and we produce no validation evidence. Where regulation shapes your setup we take it as a given and look at how efficiently you work within it. The report does not recommend products. Where our own platform fits we say so; where it does not, we say that too. The report is yours and stays confidential.
