Prepare your environment

We stand up your environment so you can work with the platform from day one. Targets: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, on-premise.

Targets

Where it runs

Europe
LuxProvide

Hosted in Europe at our partner in Luxembourg. EU data residency, sovereign infrastructure, high-performance compute on the MeluXina supercomputer.

See the LuxProvide offering
Cloud
Google Cloud

Deployed into your GCP project. GCS for storage, GKE or Batch for compute, IAM for access. Region of your choice.

Cloud
AWS

Deployed into your AWS account. S3 for storage, EKS or Batch for compute, IAM for access. Region of your choice.

Cloud
Azure

Deployed into your Azure subscription. Blob Storage, AKS or Azure Batch for compute, Entra ID for access. Region of your choice.

On-premise
On-premise

Deployed onto your Kubernetes cluster or bare-metal nodes. Works with existing storage (NFS, Lustre, S3-compatible). Air-gapped deployments supported.

What you get

A working environment you own

  • A working platform in your environment, owned by you.
  • Infrastructure-as-code repository, handed over with documentation.
  • Identity and access integrated with your existing systems.
  • One validated reference pipeline run, end to end.
  • Runbook for day-two operations: upgrades, backups, monitoring.
What we need from you

Three things to kick off

  • A target account or cluster with admin access for the setup window.
  • One technical contact for identity and networking.
  • Agreement on data residency and compliance scope upfront.
How it works

Four steps from kick-off to first run

Timeline depends on your target environment and scope. We agree it during scoping so you know what to expect before any work starts.

01 Scope Target environment, compute and storage profile, network and identity constraints, compliance scope.
02 Provision Platform deployed into your account or on-premise cluster. Infrastructure as code, version controlled, handed over to your team.
03 Connect Identity (SSO, SAML, RBAC), storage, sequencer drop zones and LIMS triggers where in scope.
04 Validate One reference pipeline end to end, outputs verified against expected results, environment signed off with you.
